MY PHILOSOPHY

 

"My aim is to help singers achieve success.  From a technique perspective, I am able to design technical exercises to help the student extend his/her vocal range, find new colors in the voice, and/or strengthen the instrument itself.   

 

From a coaching perspective, I use the audition material to inspire the performer to discover more effective ways to communicate through song -- approaching each song as a story/scene to be told from a unique, personal point of view.  Such specificity of connection to the lyric always results in improved vocal performance.
